Note from the uploader:

This position is in residence at the field station. We have 12 other resident faculty here plus some staff and students. Georgetown SC is about halfway between Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC. So it isn’t terribly remote. Local schools are good, despite SC’s overall ranking in education. Many of us at the station already have connections with local communities and can help get the new hire introduced.
