Give Directions to Station: From Corpus Christi International Airport, turn east (right) on Highway 44.  Travel 2.5 miles until you reach Highway 358 (South Padre Island Drive), turn southeast (right) and travel 16 miles until the highway turns into Park Road 22 (JFK Causeway).  Travel four miles to the JFK Causeway bridge, cross over the bridge, take the right turn at the bottom of the bridge and follow the road to Marker 37 bait and boat launch facility.  This is where you meet the university boat to take you the remaining 6.5 miles to the field station.  It is located on an island to the south.
